OPEN HOUSE Sunday from 2pm-4pm | 2111 Province Lane – Casa View Neighborhood

OPEN HOUSE this SUNDAY from 2-4pm! 2111 Province Lane, Dallas

D Magazine has named Casa View as one of the Top 5 neighborhoods on the rise…Don’t you want to live there? Here is your chance! Come see me at 2111 Province Lane this Sunday from 2 to 4 pm. We are having an Open House and you can see for yourself how wonderful this area is! For directions or more information, contact me at 214.769.2142.

The Casa View neighborhood is located in East Dallas near White Rock Lake and The Dallas Arboretum in the northeastern portion of the city. It consists of about 17 neighborhoods and is considered by many as one of the best neighborhoods in Dallas because it has “something for everyone.”  There are plenty of restaurants, retail/shopping, attractions and parks in this area. Being conveniently located near 635 and I-30 is also a major benefit.

Residents include first-time homebuyers, young professionals and families and there is a feeling of trust and community among one another. Residents say the area is “quiet, well-maintained and affordable.”  Neighbors are more than neighbors, they become friends and support systems.

The Greater Casa View Alliance or GCVA  was formed in 2010 when members from all 17 communities joined together to discuss future development and improvements in the area. They have town-hall style meetings, visioning workshops and public opinion surveys to name a few. Their goal is to create and maintain a “strong and vital neighborhood.” Some topics the GCVA may discuss are developing quality restaurants and grocery stores, enhancing the sidewalk, creating bus shelters and having underground power lines.

Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday!
